• Golf fees + women’s right-handed rental clubs (includes greens fees, shared cart, tournament fees, rental clubs and tax)
• Golf fees + women’s left-handed rental clubs (includes greens fees, shared cart, tournament fees, rental clubs and tax)

Order Instructions:

• AllConsumer Attorneys of CA tournament participants must pay for their golf fees on this order page. Orders must be received by end of day on November 15, 2024.
• All tournament participants requiring our Titleist T350 rental clubs must pay for them on this order page. Orders must be received by end of day on November 15, 2024.
• Each order must be for one golfer only,even if you are paying for another golfer. If you are placing an order for a second golfer, please complete your order first, then begin and complete your second order.
• Select your choice of the options above from the pull down menu. Please select carefully, rental equipment will be preset based upon your selection.
• If you are placing an order for someone other than yourself,please be sure to put the golfer’s name in the NOTES section during the check out process.
• No refunds will be issued for golf fees. Refunds will be issued for rental club fees only if the equipment is no longer required.
